Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your shoes as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Important Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, Thong Sandals and Slides cannot be returned unless defective. All other footwear categories (including Ankle Strap, Clogs, Flats, Mary Jane, etc.) are eligible for returns.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Comfort Team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unworn shoes in their original box, then place inside a shipping box.
  4. Ship Your Return: Affix the provided return label and ship to our Returns Department at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

For Exchanges

Follow the same steps as returns, but indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify:

  • Desired size/color
  • Alternative choice if your first option is unavailable

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
