At Cheap Shoes Store, we want you to be as comfortable with your purchase as you are in our footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Note: For hygiene reasons, Thong Sandals and Slides cannot be returned unless defective. All other footwear categories (Ankle Strap, Clogs, Flats, Mary Jane, etc.) are eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Comfort Team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unworn shoes in their original box, then place inside a shipping box.
  4. Ship Your Return: Affix the provided return label and ship to our Virginia Beach facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, but indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify:

  • Desired size/color
  • Alternative choice if your first option is unavailable

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective product
  • Our processing error
